t-iii:

Next weekend (24th - 26th October 2014) we’ll be in London at MCM Expo London Comic Con! We’re in the Comic Village at table CG1 - we’ll have comics, art prints, and more for sale as well as doing sketches of stuff for you guys all weekend … so make sure to stop by and say hello!

As always there are loads of amazing creators in the comic village (that I’ll attempt to list some of their tumblr’s further down), and some fantastic guests/exhibitors dotted around too. I think I can spot what looks like Yogscast (perhaps?) on the map here. Guests this year include Daniel Radcliffe, Amber Benson, and Saul Rubinek.

Not to forget the awesome line up for VidfestUK this year which includes Rooster Teeth, Cyanide and Happiness , Third Party Controller, emmablackery, Eddsworld, and Weebl.

You can find us by following the big red arrow on that first map. Try to avoid the temptation of CEX, Manga UK, and that other stuff along the way and you may still have enough change to get yourself a sketch or two! I know that CEX is very tempting but don’t look at those tentacles too long, you may go blind.

Other Comic Village folks include: naniiebim chamonkee antisnow yfstudio pinkapplejam brogancoral awkwardbex teahermitcomics stayteoftheart squid-bits inkytasty nichangell sammyborras mattiskeo orfulcomics subversivecomics

So once again:

angelKat Entertainment will be at table CG1 in the Comic Village - hopefully we’ll see you there.

AW HECK YEAH! I’m at Cb13-14 so on the edge away from the wall and an end table. It’s a big big con and ruddy easy to miss out tables [we’ve had this before from people who can’t find us] the comics village is a HUGE section- pretty much all along the back wall- so if you come up to a big random stall in the middle- it’s likely that there is stuff on the other side. Don’t think you’ve finished the village until you hit an actual building wall/ ceiling high curtain on either side.

Pitt pen.

I really like the faber castell pitt artist pen for hand drawn stuff (its probably the closest analog pen to the way I draw on wacom) but the tip dies quickly, the pens run out fast and I usually have to draw a bit bigger if I want to do small details. The running out pen is versatile tho, you can use it for dry brush effects, add more water to get grey and technically extend the life of the tip by carefully pulling it out and turning it fresh point out.

London MCM

Hi Guys!

I will be at London MCM from the 24th- 26th this Oct- Me chamonkee and antisnow are going on the Friday for the first time :))

http://www.mcmcomiccon.com/london/

Careful ‘cos the weekend tix are now sold out- and otherwise there are only separate tickets now. Saturday is RAMMED so if you don’t like crowds, pick one of the quieter days- Friday less artists and dealers- Sunday- some stuff may have sold out- but you have room to BREATHE.
